Sources: MB I (1st Ed); John Graham (JG) - "Shakesperean Bidford Morris dances"; RD; Philip Taylor of the Shakespeare MM (PT). RD's and PT's other sources are the MSS of Ferris, Sharp and Neal, John Masterson, and the local dancers in the revival side. There were revivals in 1886-7, 1904-14 and 1955-64. {Bacon pp 59-74}
