RD's and PT's other sources are the MSS of Ferris, Sharp and Neal,
John Masterson, and the local dancers in the revival side.
There were revivals in 1886-7, 1904-14 and 1955-64. {Bacon pp 59-74}
The first 18 files are tunes from Bacon, the remaining 6 are from the
Shakespeare Morris Men's repetoire and tunes not included in Bacon,
3 other dances are named. The abc format file is at abc/Bidford.abc.
